Hello, Food & Water Festival volunteers,
We will have our first get-together this Sunday at 4 pm with our five planning teams. The meeting will be held at the Alcouffe Center where we can tour our festival grounds and visualize our event more vividly. Here is the agenda for the meeting:
- 4 pm – New member intros and event overview (recap)
- 4:20 pm – Review subteam goals and timelines
- 4:30 – Breakout working session for subteams
- 5:00 – Share results of working sessions and next steps for each group
- 5:30 – Snacks and drinks
We still need plenty more volunteers, especially in the fields of sales, accounting, marketing, and communications – To help bring this inaugural community event to life while networking and learning with your neighbors – please fill out this brief form!

Moving forward these planning meetings will be held on the first and third Sundays of each month – anyone is welcome to sit in, even if you can’t commit to volunteering on a regular schedule.
