Growing landrace wheat in the foothills

I’m a Miller/baker. I learned what I’m doing from Nicolas Supiot, the pioneer of the farmer/baker movement in France. I also spent time learning from two farmer/bakers in Italy. My dream is to eventually make bread from heritage wheat that we grow locally.
