VENDORS

Vendor FAQ and Important Info

Who is invited to vend at the Yuba Foothills Food & Water Festival?

All businesses and organizations located in the Yuba Foothills are invited and encouraged to participate. All accepted vendors have filled out the vendor application and obtained applicable permits to vend.

Where is my booth located?

Each booth is marked by a pink surveyor’s flag with alphanumeric lettering, representing the CENTER of your 10×10 spot. Here is the list and map of your alphanumeric designation (THIS MAP IS SUBJECT TO SMALL CHANGES – CHECK AGAIN ON EVENT DAY FOR CONFIRMATION). If you don’t see your business listed, please contact hello@foodandwaterfestival.com:

How, when and where do I load in and park?

Head to the Alcouffe Center and follow the signs for “Vendor Load-In” according to your group route below. We are asking that all vendors park in Lot A South of the baseball field after load in, barring special needs.

Vendors are scheduled for load-in on event day between 7:30-9:30am according to location BELOW to prevent congestion, but please arrive earlier than your scheduled time if you need a larger time window for setup. The event opens to the public at 10am. You may load in on Friday night at your own risk, however neither the event organizers or Center staff can guarantee the security of your belongings.
